Hotel du Vin Cheltenham was formerly the Carlton Hotel, is Grade II listed and sits within a conservation area.  Hotel du Vin Cheltenham  went through a thourough refurbishment, with elements of new build and now features just 49 bedrooms Elements which have become synonymous with the HdV brand are abound, whilst the design also draws from influences within it’s locality.

HdV Poole

Matrix has recently completed their appointment as Contract Administrator & Quantity Surveyors for Hotel du Vin on the complete refurbishment and redelopment of this former former Best Western Inn.  The Manision House was Poole's original Mayoral House dating back to the 1780's and is Grade 2* Listed.
